Our Story
Silver Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has long been a familiar name in Marion, IA. Many families in our community have come to us for care.
They seek help for short rehab stays after hospital visits or for long-term nursing support. In 2021, Silver Oak started a new chapter. It is now owned and led by IVY Healthcare. This group is focused on improving senior care in the Midwest.
